In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "aah99," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the aah99 online gaming platform accessible at aah99.net and all associated services, features, and functionalities offered thereunder.
• "You," "Player," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the aah99 platform in any capacity.

To register for and use an aah99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. aah99 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using aah99 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when creating or operating an aah99 account.
• You must not have been previously excluded from aah99 or any other gaming platform operated by us or our affiliates.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and must keep your account details current at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) aah99 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

aah99 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any person at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are fully and solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your aah99 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent through your account. aah99 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorized by you.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances. aah99 will never ask you for your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

• You must notify aah99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• aah99 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting aah99 live chat support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC verification.
• aah99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reason to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

aah99 may, at its discretion and without prior notice, place a temporary hold on any account pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activity. During such a hold, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay may be restricted.

aah99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash, Maya, and 7-Eleven. The minimum deposit for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) is ₱500. The minimum deposit for USDT is $10 USD equivalent.

All deposits into your aah99 account must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. aah99 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from a payment source that is not registered to the account holder may be refused and refunded, and the account may be subject to review.

aah99 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. aah99 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion for crypto deposits is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

aah99 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any account at any time, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in funds being held and the account being suspended pending investigation.

The minimum withdrawal amount from your aah99 account is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. 7-Eleven CLiQQ is a deposit-only method and cannot be used for withdrawals.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your aah99 account must have completed KYC verification. This requires submission of at least one valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID) and proof of address. Additional documentation may be required at aah99's discretion.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya, within 1–3 hours for bank transfers, and within approximately 20 minutes for USDT, subject to network conditions.
• aah99 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending verification, fraud review, or investigation of suspected terms violation.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• aah99 may impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

aah99 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements associated with each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General bonus terms applicable to all aah99 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as Bonus Funds and are separate from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are used first in all wagering; Bonus Funds are applied thereafter unless specified otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms. The standard wagering requirement on aah99 bonus funds is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount, unless a different requirement is specified for a particular promotion.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period specified for the relevant promotion.
• aah99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a promotion at any time without prior notice, including after a bonus has been credited to a player's account in cases of suspected abuse.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through multiple accounts constitute a violation of these Terms.

Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, table games contribute 10%, and live dealer games contribute 5%. Sports bets placed with bonus funds contribute at the rate specified in the relevant promotion terms.

All games available on the aah99 platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, dice, mines, bingo, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are made available within each game interface or betting market. These specific game rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

aah99 games are powered by certified third-party game providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming, among others. The random number generators (RNGs) and game mechanics of these providers are independently tested and certified for fairness. aah99 does not alter the outcome of any game.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session, the affected round may be voided at aah99's discretion and any stake returned to your account balance. aah99 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our control.
• All game results are final once a round is completed and the outcome is displayed. aah99 does not reverse game outcomes except in cases of demonstrable technical error.
• For sports betting, aah99 follows standard sports betting settlement rules. Void bets, abandoned events, and result corrections are handled in accordance with the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section.
• aah99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error or system fault, at our sole discretion.

The aah99 platform is available for entertainment and genuine gaming purposes only. Any systematic exploitation of game features, bonus structures, or betting patterns with the sole objective of extracting value without genuine risk constitutes prohibited activity under Section 9 of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aah99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one aah99 account, whether under the same identity or different identities, for any purpose.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments; providing false information during registration or KYC; or attempting to circumvent security or identity verification measures.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements artificially, or placing offsetting bets to reduce bonus wagering risk.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotion on aah99.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the aah99 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using the aah99 platform to launder proceeds of crime or to conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Software exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the aah99 platform or any game software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through software exploitation will be voided.
• Unauthorized data collection: Scraping, harvesting, or otherwise collecting data from the aah99 platform without express written authorization from aah99.

aah99 reserves the right to investigate any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited activity. During an investigation, account access, deposits, and withdrawals may be suspended without prior notice. The outcome of all investigations conducted by aah99 is final.

aah99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aah99 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any aah99 content without express prior written permission from aah99.

Any unauthorized use of aah99's intellectual property may result in legal action. aah99 actively monitors for unauthorized use of its brand and content and will enforce its rights accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aah99 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the aah99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of aah99.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the aah99 platform or any game or service provided therein.
• Any technical malfunction, system error, server failure, network issue, or connectivity problem affecting your use of aah99.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you based on information or content available on the aah99 platform.

aah99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your aah99 account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit aah99's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

aah99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and aah99. By using the aah99 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
